The location of the hotel was fantastic, being situated in the heart of the town. It was really convenient to have shops and restaurants within walking distance. Additionally, having free parking right outside the door was a huge bonus. The rooms were well-appointed and each had its own en-suite bathroom. This provided great privacy and convenience for guests. Another advantage was the warm welcome we received upon arrival, with a guided tour and key handover. The host was extremely helpful and made us feel right at home.
There were a couple of negative aspects to our experience. the lack of a fan in the bedrooms made it quite uncomfortable to sleep, especially during the warm Easter weather.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at No. 14 for the second time, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations once again! The location of the villa couldn't be more perfect - nestled on a charming side street, it's just a stone's throw away from shops, restaurants, the beach. Despite being close to everything, the area remains quiet and peaceful.

We had the most incredible stay at No. 14! The location was absolutely perfect - tucked away on a charming street with easy access to shops, restaurants, and all the attractions. We were pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome and the thoughtful touches throughout the house. The bedrooms were spacious, each with its own en-suite, and the living room provided a cozy space for everyone to relax. We were thrilled to find that the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, including a welcome pack with essentials and extra goodies. The attention to detail in every aspect of our stay was truly exceptional. Although we found the mattresses a bit soft for our liking, it was a small drawback in an otherwise perfect experience. we highly recommend No. 14 for its central location, high-quality finishings, and the helpfulness of the host, Rachel. We can't wait to visit again!

amazing stay at the villa in St Andrews. Perfect location, close to the beach and town. The owner provided a welcoming hamper and the house was spotlessly clean. The beds were comfortable and each had its own ensuite. Great service from the owner. Will definitely stay here again!
Parking occasionally tight during the day.

The owner's responses were great and the welcome pack on arrival was fabulous. The facilities were of a high standard and there was plenty of social space. The location was perfect, with all the lovely sights, shops, and restaurants just steps away.
Although the house had enough space to sleep at least 8 people, the table in the kitchen for eating only seated 4. This was not an issue for us as we ate out, but it could be a problem for some guests.
